A storm-torn section of roof or a sudden active leak needs a tarp on it fast, not a callback tomorrow. That's exactly what our Emergency Roof Repair line is for.
Speed matters most in a Emergency Roof Repair situation, so our Grinnell crews are staged and ready to move the moment a call comes in.
An emergency call doesn't end when the tarp goes up — we track it through to the actual repair.
Emergency crews are held to the same credential standard as scheduled repair work.
Mobile units are pre-stocked so Grinnell crews don't waste time sourcing materials mid-emergency.
No inflated after-hours surprise fees sprung on you once the work is done.
Trucks carry tarps in multiple sizes to match whatever Grinnell property we're called to.
If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies as an emergency, call anyway — we'll help you figure it out.
Tarps are secured properly, not just draped — a loose tarp fails in the next gust.
We clear debris safely before assessing the extent of the underlying roof damage.
When water is actively coming through, we move fast to find and stop the source before it spreads further.
Blown-off or cracked flashing is a common Emergency Roof Repair trigger after high wind, and gets resealed on the spot.
A midnight call gets the same urgency as a call at noon — our Emergency Roof Repair line doesn't pause for weekends.
A failed skylight seal during a storm gets the same urgent Emergency Roof Repair response as a shingle failure.
A live dispatcher takes your address and the situation, then gets a crew moving.
Mobile units are already stocked for immediate tarping and stabilization work.
You'll know the emergency cost and the follow-up repair plan before the crew leaves.
We don't consider the job done until the permanent fix is complete, not just the tarp.
Dispatcher stayed on the phone with us until the crew actually arrived.
